“Every archive is only as strong as the voices within it. To keep the Aelorian Archives welcoming, safe, and worthy of Khassid’s tales, we ask all Seekers to abide by these rules.”
1. Respect Above All
Treat fellow members with courtesy, even when you disagree.
No harassment, hate speech, slurs, or personal attacks will be tolerated.
Debate ideas, never the person behind them.2. Stay On Topic
Post in the forum that best fits your subject. (Lore goes in Chronicles, character ideas in Adventurers’ Hall, etc.)
Avoid derailing threads — if a new idea emerges, start a new topic.3. No Spamming or Advertising
Refrain from posting the same content repeatedly.
Self-promotion is fine only in designated areas (e.g., Market Bazaar).
Bots and automated posts will be removed.4. Keep It Safe for All
No explicit sexual content or graphic violence beyond what serves roleplay or lore.
Use content warnings (CW/TW) for sensitive material.
Respect community age guidelines.5. Protect the Archives
No piracy, illegal distribution, or stolen material.
Always credit artists, writers, or designers when sharing their work.
Plagiarism is not tolerated — honor the creators who inspire you.6. Spoilers & Story Content
Use spoiler tags when discussing sensitive plot details, especially in active campaigns.
Be considerate — not everyone is caught up on the same storylines.7. Follow Archivist Guidance
Moderators (Archivists) have final say in disputes.
If asked to adjust or remove content, please comply gracefully.
Appeals can be made privately if you feel moderation was unfair.8. Have Fun & Contribute
Share ideas, stories, and creations freely.
Encourage others with constructive feedback.Remember: the Archives grow stronger with every Seeker’s voice.
