You touch a willing creature, granting it a temporary adaptive trait drawn from its environment. Choose one of the following effects:
- Amphibious: The creature gains a swimming speed equal to its walking speed and can breathe underwater.
- Chitinous Growths: The creature’s AC increases by 2 if it is not wearing armor.
- Heightened Senses: The creature has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks and can see invisible creatures and objects within 10 feet.
- Regenesis: At the start of each of its turns, the creature regains hit points equal to your spellcasting modifier if it has at least 1 hit point.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you may choose one additional effect (max 2 at 3rd, 3 at 4th).
