You deliver a divine injunction upon undeath. Choose one undead creature within range. It must make a Charisma saving throw against your rite save DC. On a failed save, the creature cannot regain hit points or benefit from necromantic healing or regeneration for the duration. If slain while under this edict, the creature cannot be revived by any means short of divine intervention.
